Teachers School Apprenticeship: Master Your Craft
The Apprenticeship is designed as a year-long practicum-based learning community. A collective of practitioners, different levels welcomed and activated.
Our weekly sessions blend instruction, coaching, case study, practice, peer witnessing, reflection, and dialogue to form a space where the craft of teaching is revered and nurtured.
The vision is: when many intrepid teachers sharpen each other into the most elevated, capacious teachers they can be, the work of leading new paradigms will feel joyful, steady, and enduring.
What you'll get:
We hold three 90-minute meetings each month, with one week off for integration during each monthly curriculum drop.
I guide 2 class sessions per month in this format:

Instruction - I breakdown methods, ‘teacher moves’, concepts, and practices

Case Study - We look at specific moments in our classroom experiences and co-imagine how to best navigate or transform them.

Coaching - Space for open-ended questions and my personalized guidance.
1 session per month is Laboratory Space. This is where the practice (and the magic) happens. Apprentices test out and refine new skills, methods, plans, exercises. You’ll receive coaching, camaraderie, and confidence as you put in the practice to hone your teacher craft.
The Apprenticeship will house a comprehensive, ever-growing vault of non-linear modules — consult them when they serve you.
In this foundational cycle of Teacher School, materials will be added to the course in monthly drops. Expect new audio, video, and work-along materials to be drip-fed into your dashboard.
While you focus your time & energy on building and teaching, these monthly drops enrich your epistemological foundations in bite-sized portions.
Our async platform serves as the Teacher’s Breakroom and Office Hours chair.
This is where this community of practitioners weaves together. A space to be witnessed, share your wins, talk story, and ask questions.
This space also serves as the forum for Teaching Buddies to self-assemble. You’ll be encouraged to pair or group up and arrange your own peer practice + reflections sessions.
Enrollment to the 2027 cycle of the Teacher School Apprenticeship stays open all year-round. Whenever you choose to join, you’ll get access to past call replays and all existing materials for the remainder of the 2027 year.
Live calls happen 3x per month January — June and September — December. [July & August are summer break.]
Monthly curriculum drops and the async platform continue all 12 months of the year.
